Upon entering the apartment, the main storage area is situated: a walk-in closet equipped with a steam wardrobe, shelves for storing equipment and seasonal items. Further in the hallway, there's a built-in closet for current outerwear, with the utility closet hidden there as well. In the master bedroom, near the entrance, an open-style wardrobe is positioned, separated from the room by sliding glass partitions with tinted glass.
In the child's room, the storage space is provided by a built-in wardrobe covering the entire wall. Additionally, there is a utility room containing household equipment, storage boxes for dirty clothes, and a washer and dryer.
The kitchen is finished with decorative plaster imitating ceramic kitchen facades imported from Italy. In the master bedroom, a decorative plaster with cracks resembling stone is chosen. In contrast with the black monolith at the bedhead, this looks harmonious and subtle.
In the other rooms, the walls are painted in a shade of gray with vertical aluminum inserts, which visually elongate the height of the room. Additionally, in the living room by the window, we used a panel with a wood pattern, behind which a vertical lighting profile is hidden. This is primarily done to maintain a unified style throughout the apartment.
Throughout the apartment, two types of lighting are provided: primary and passive. Primary lighting consists of a combination of recessed track lights and light panels. Additionally, the hallway is separated from the kitchen by a bright light portal.
All rooms, except the bathroom, are designed in a unified style. A monochromatic palette of black and gray in cold tones was chosen, combined with warm dark wood. The exceptions are the child's room and the bathroom for the teenage girl, which are done in light pastel shades, but with consideration for perspective.
