These 38 m² apartments are located in the scenic western bay area of the Moscow River, drawing inspiration from the French Riviera with airy, cozy interiors and marine-inspired elegance.
Designed for one or two residents, the space offers carefully separated sleeping and kitchen zones to maximize comfort and privacy.
The color palette evokes the beauty of a coastal landscape: sandy beige, sage green, wood tones, and deep ocean blue, which set the tone throughout the apartment, highlighted in accent walls and exquisite bathroom tiles.
The kitchen harmoniously combines white quartz composite surfaces, cabinetry in soft sage, and gold accents. Though compact, it has all the necessary appliances. Natural wood blinds replace curtains, adding warmth and charm to the space.
The bathroom’s vertical cabinet hides a washing machine with built-in ventilation to prevent moisture buildup. Instead of a faucet, a tub overflow filling system was installed, and a heated wall replaces a traditional towel rack. The air conditioner is hidden in a kitchen cabinet, providing a clutter-free look and preserving the aesthetic flow of the space.
The sleeping area is separated by a glass partition with doors, maintaining a sense of openness while ensuring privacy. Textured paintings in matching colors bring warmth and comfort to this space, reflecting light in unique ways.
The bathroom is the true gem of this design. The deep blue Spanish tiles, crafted using a unique technique, create an eye-catching play of light. Another bold choice was the set of gold fixtures, adding sophistication when paired with beige decorative plaster and wood-textured furniture. The floor features contrasting black-and-white tiles with a striking geometric pattern.
The entryway features a spacious wardrobe with a well-organized storage system. The lighting includes track lights and accent shelf lighting, allowing art and décor elements to stand out, creating a gallery-like effect.
