The apartment is located on the last, 21st floor of the residential complex and faces south, so from the terrace you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets at any time of the year.
The project was created taking into account several requirements: to consider zoning without building walls to preserve light and lightness of space.

Take into account the maximum possible number of storage locations. Create a work area with such consideration that it can be converted into a wardrobe.
Thus, the sleeping area was separated from the integrated kitchen-living room by erecting a pedestal, as well as storage areas, which on the one hand are an extension of the kitchen countertop, on the other – sitting areas on the windowsill.
Storage areas are taken into account in the hallway (wardrobe), bedroom (in the form of a wardrobe), as well as along the entire window sill. Thus, the window area combines the role of a place to relax with pillows, storage and hides radiators.
