The owners are fond of reading and music, which was

window there are reading areas with a comfortable armchair
and a bookshelf for relevant literature, with an abundance

A hidden music system with built-in speakers is implemented throughout the house, which allows you to connect a smartphone and listen to background music in all rooms. The volume is adjusted individually for each room. "I am very pleased with the area around the piano, the base of the stairs is designed to accommodate seating when listening to live music. The floor of the pedestal is heated, and it is very convenient to seat guests on it," says Lilia Kaysarova.
The base of the staircase by the window and the piano (relaxation area) is designed with the possibility of transformation into seating for a large number of guests while listening to live music. The staircase has underfloor heating, natural parquet flooring in this area and throughout the living room.
The rocks and mountains of Bashkortostan inspired the designer to create a stone wall made of architectural concrete, on which the rays of the setting sun miraculously fall and create an incredibly beautiful play of light on summer and autumn evenings. The combination of wood and stone forms an atmosphere of comfort and the finishing touch is a series of paintings "Stones of the Urals" in the style of symbolism by the Bashkir artist.
The kitchen has an island that goes from the dining table to the work area, into which a hob with a built-in extractor hood is integrated. There is a dishwasher located between the sink and the hob in the island, this solution made it possible to minimize unnecessary movements of the cook when cooking and managing dishes.
During the development of the project, it was decided to abandon storage locations in all living rooms and exclude cabinets and dressers, collecting all things in one place. So there was a dressing room with an area of 30 sq. m. meters near the entrance, divided into male and female zones by a transparent glass wardrobe with tinted glass.
There is a sofa behind the dining area for relaxing and socializing in cozy evenings at kitchen gatherings. The fabric for the sofa is vandal-proof, to prevent spoilage by coloring products (wine, coffee, etc.). There are three paintings above the sofa, one of which is the circle of Enso from Buddhism, expressing the desire for perfection, harmony, and the desire to achieve goals. The choice is determined by the philosophy of the customer.
