The project of a private innovative house
We are developing a project for a fundamentally new type of living space, namely, a cottage built around a smart home system. Usually, the smart home system adapts to the limitations of ready-made buildings, since the construction of private houses is carried out using, to put it mildly, outdated technologies.
Nevertheless, progress does not stand still and now we are responsible for the architecture block in the project in which the house is built "around" a smart home: that is, we initially take into account and build on all available technologies, and this is not only "curtain and light control", but also: energy recovery and storage, recycling, automation, cleaning of premises, climate control, scenario management of microclimate and much more.
Almost all elements of the house are part of a common automated system and carry dual functionality. In a word, progress.
